COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS

1. ADVANCED DURATION REQUIREMENT

Choose one event from each of the two major catagorize 'Standard" or 'Glider'.
Document flights having minimum duration times as shown in the chart by event
and engine class. Have an independent timer time each flight and complete the
attached requirement form. Note: returns are not required for this portion of
the achievement, so take your photos first!

2. CONTEST PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT

Participate in any NAR sanctioned competition. Post minimum scores according
to the following:

Section meet: 150 points
Open meet:    200 points
Regional meet:300 points

Have the Contest Director of the meet make a photocopy of the Points Award
sheet to document your performance.

3. U.S. RECORDS PERFORMANCE

Choose any two events from the current list of U.S. Records (available on the
NAR website). Demonstrate at least 50% performance for those records. Flights
for this requirement may be the same as the flights required in 1 and 2 above
but the score of only the one best flight is considered. Have that performance
witnessed by an independent judge.
